Preschool and Pumpkin Patch

Ashton's preschool class took a trip to the pumpkin patch in October and he absolutely loved it.  The weather was a little drizzly, but not too bad.

He was excited to meet up with some of his preschool buddies.

We got to ride a straw bale wagon out to the patch and find our perfect pumpkin.

Got it!

They also got to go through a straw bale maze, climb a straw bale tower, eat cookies and juice, and visit the petting zoo.

Since Ash is my youngest I've been helping out in his class a lot this year.  During the last center day I got to run the "D is for Doughnut" center, and fry donuts for the kids and help them roll them in sugar and eat them.  Of course my center was everyone's favorite, but they were bummed they only got ONE doughnut!   Ash begged me on the way home if we could make some, so I stopped by the store to grab supplies and made some at home for the fam and some neighbors that stopped by.

Because one is never enough!
