Harlem Globetrotters

On Thursday Hunter's basketball coach organized a group trip to see the Harlem Globetrotters at the Toyota Center.  Jason took Hunter and they had a blast.  I sent the camera with them so they could take pictures.

They loved it so much Jason bought Hunter a basketball to get signed.

This is "Sweet Lou", one of the original globetrotters and now their coach.

Good father-son time!

An update....Basketball, Diet, Ashton

Life is just a movin' on, and we're loving it.  I really think we're going to look back on these days as "the good days."  Or maybe they'll just get better.  I sure hope so.

Ash is growing in every possible way.  He's developed quite a "tude" though, and is acting rather spoiled.  Either that or he's got a tooth coming in.  Although I really think it's the spoiled thing, cause he really doesn't like it when we hug one of the other kids.  I took this video when Jason was hugging McKay and it's SO typical:

The boys are enjoying their little "boys club" and I love it.  I love that they are getting old enough to go shoot hoops with their dad.  And I love that I can take a few pictures, then go do my own thing.  Ahh, happiness.

I brought Ash outside for a few minutes of fresh air, but the sunny day was deceivingly chilly.  We went back inside quickly, even though he didn't complain.  He just wants to be big and keep up with the big boys.

Can't wait for some spring!  Darn groundhog.......

And in other exciting news.........drumroll.....................I have finished my 1st month of Isagenix!  I had my 4th cleanse day yesterday and weighed myself this morning.  The scale varies by a few pounds depending on the time of day, so I'm going to average my weight loss for the month as a satisfying 10 pounds!  Yay!  Hopefully I can get another 15-20 off before June, when Jason and I will celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary on Maui.

Upon reflection it wasn't so bad, even though I remember wanting to abandon the program a few times.  It was week 3 when it finally got easy-- the cravings stopped and I wasn't hungry anymore.  I have more energy than before and when I cheat and eat crap I feel REALLY crappy, so I don't want to cheat as often.
And so another month of Isagenix begins!
